President

Healthcon is led by its Founder and President, Kristine Mighion, MD, MBA.
Dr. Mighion is a businesswoman and a physician. She has extensive experience in the health care industry and leads most of the firm's consulting engagements. As a businesswoman with medical training, she is uniquely qualified to assist clients in developing intelligent, practical solutions to health care problems.

Before starting HealthCon, Dr. Mighion worked as a dedicated health care consultant for many years. In addition, she has extensive experience in the area of Finance, having also spent time in the banking arena. Dr. Mighion earned her MBA and worked a solid ten years in the business world, most of it within health care, before embarking on her medical training. Therefore, she is unique among physicians, having rooted herself in the business world before undergoing her medical training. Her distinct experience, stemming from both the business and medical worlds, gives HealthCon the unique ability to serve health care organizations with practical and effective solutions.

Dr. Mighion earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University, her MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and her MD from Loyola University Chicago's Stritch School of Medicine.
