Dr. Kristine Mighion is President and Founder of HealthCon. For almost twenty years, Dr. Mighion has dedicated her business career to serving the health care arena. Having rooted herself in the business world for almost a decade before undergoing her medical training, she has acquired a unique expertise among physicians, including banking, strategy, and technology and product development. This unique expertise, coupled with her extensive commercial health care experience, affords HealthCon a rare competitive advantage in providing practical and effective services and solutions across the health care industry.
Before starting HealthCon, Dr. Mighion worked as a dedicated health care consultant for many years. Throughout her career, she has assisted health care providers and emerging health care ventures with business/strategic planning, product development, financial services, and technology-driven workflow optimization. Her knowledge of business processes and expertise in physician workflow allow her to design and integrate custom health data and information systems tailored to the specific needs of each client. She has developed and managed the implementations of handheld and wireless products used in the medical setting, as well as numerous custom electronic data generation and management systems. In addition, she has been a driving force in the growth of emerging companies and in securing financial funding.
Dr. Mighion earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Princeton University, her MBA with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and her MD from Loyola University Chicago's Stritch School of Medicine. She is also Host of the InTimeTV series "Healthcare Executive", a talk show focusing on current, key topics relevant to healthcare executives and administrators managing our nation’s provider organizations.

Mr. Gregg is a Principal and co-founder of Beechwood Advisory Group. He combines fourteen years of consulting experience with five years of industry experience spanning numerous industries including industrial products, consumer products, energy, medical products and pharmaceuticals. Prior to co-founding Beechwood Advisory Group, Mr. Gregg was with the consulting arm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He has held various leadership roles tied to complex project and program management, large-scale enterprise-wide systems implementation, IT strategy, business process diagnostics and process transformation. He has provided consulting services to 13 of the Fortune 500 companies and served as an interim advisor to numerous others. Previously, Mr. Gregg held various operations-oriented positions with the DuPont organization including roles in manufacturing management, strategic sourcing, project management and manufacturing engineering.
Rich has spoken at conferences and has conducted professional training classes on the subject of strategic sourcing, has lectured at the graduate level on various supply chain topics, served in the role of process and product auditor for the Management Roundtable American Product Excellence Awards (APEX), is a certified SAP consultant and has served as an instructor on the subject. Mr. Gregg has also served as an instructor and advisor tied to the general topics of Enterprise Resource Planning tools (ERPs) and the leveraged use of technology in business. He has attended training in FDA-cGMP methods, ISO9000 and Total Quality Management (TQM) techniques. Rich is a member of the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), the Institute for Supply Management (ISM), the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Mr. Gregg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University ( St. Louis ) and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Operations Research from the University of Pittsburgh ’s Katz Graduate School of Business.
