Robin Workman has more than 30 years of experience working in Revenue Cycle Operations, 18 years of which she has worked as a consultant in both for-profit and not-for-profit venues. Robin understands industry trends that impact day-to-day operations in all venues of healthcare. She has operationalized patient access and revenue cycle improvement initiatives across Acute Care, CAH, Surgical Hospital, ASC, and Clinic environments. She specializes in strategic maximization of people, processes, and technology impacting comprehensive revenue cycle operations. In addition to strategic consulting, she has plotted, planned, managed, and implemented many Operating Platform applications in both standard and streamlined timeframes. Robin’s astute ability to diagnose PFS and PAS process failures immediately and positively impacts her clients and provides sustainability with outstanding ROI results. Her process redesign experience with challenged sites allows her to optimize systems, operationalize processes, and train staff to support the overall health system end-result and documented goals. She has authored multiple industry documents that assist enterprises in determining sustainable paths to financial success and operational structure.
